I only gave it 2 stars for the dentist… she is severely over worked! I cannot blame her for staffing problems. I went in in January of this year to have my lower dentures replaced. Initial visit was great no issues. The issue arose over my referral for dentures through Medicaid… again not the issue… dentist told me it usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks for approval. If I had not heard anything in 4 weeks to call and check… I waited the full 6 weeks… just to be safe… called and was told the referral was not put in… that a message would be given to the dentist to get it done… I called almost religiously every week for 3 months and was told the same thing each time. Finally called last week and was told that the referral had been approved back in February but I still needed one tooth pulled t before I could go forward with the dentures… make a long story short… was told I had to be there Monday morning for walk ins at 7 am… arrived after an hour drive and waited another hour after being the 3rd person on the list to be told that because I was not in pain that I couldn’t be seen and that there were 15 people there for walking… after blowing up about all I had already been through… 8 hours and a half a tank of gas later I finally got my tooth pulled… now I have to wait 6 weeks before they will get the dentures done! If I could go anywhere else I would have! This place is a joke!!!
