There has never been a time that I haven’t felt right at home at Port Health. The girls that keep everything running smooth at the front desk are always nice and courteous. The therapist have such caring and loving ways to make you feel they understand your every word and partner with the most amazing physician Dr David Taylor to get a treatment plan that works best for you. They will help you and make sure your mental health is so very well taken care of. Without the team at Port Health I don’t know where I’d be today!

Don was very professional, helpful, and responsive the entire time I was dealing with him. He helped me get all the information I needed to handle my case and made sure all my paperwork was ready to for approval before asking me for any payment. Highly recommend Don. The other counseling services wouldn’t even call me back.

My PCM and the other medical staff are great, however the front desk personnel are atrocious. Slow, rude and less than helpful.
