Mental Health Providers in Attica, Indiana

Very unprofessional from my very first phone call. They let you know that they are "too busy" or "short staffed" and cannot help you right from the start but when you go into the office you will hear the women behind the front desk gossiping and carrying on about everything and NOT working. It takes some people a LOT to reach out and ask for "help" and they are very discouraging and genuinely do not want to help you. They tried to tell me what I "need" and what was good for me before even talking to me and knowing my situation/concerns. They tell you they will call you back or be in touch with you by a certain day but they do not follow up, it is you that has to call them over two weeks later. If you are looking for therapy of any kind I do not recommend them. Personally, it took me a very long time to make the leap to actually go talk to someone and they made the whole experience very discouraging. I could not imagine being in a worse situation than I am and being treated this way, I imagine that it would be the breaking point for some people. This facility is 100% WHY people do not ask for help when they need it!
