I've been going to this location for years, and it's always been mediocre at best, but over the last 6-8 months, they have made a lot of changes, and I really like it, there are no more rude staff, they've been replaced with some very nice and respectful people, so I have no complaints at all. Anytime I need anything, they are always on top of it. If I have a problem with any refills, they get it fixed right away. So, all of the bad reviews that you see are old, from years ago, and they should go back and see how much better things are now. I would go back, and I really love Dr. Downard, he's the best
