Mental Health Providers in Paoli, Indiana

This facility has horrible staff service. First of all, I chose to fire my first counselor. She was supposed to be there to direct me with my problems, though when I would cry in my sessions with her, I had to cough at times, she would put her head to the side and behave like she was going to vomit every time that I coughed. That was very unprofessional. She told me that she couldn't take it when I would cough, though she is currently a counselor at this location. Hmmmm...Kate McNulty was the nurse practitioner that took control over medicine management and though I told her 3 different times that one of the medicines that she was prescribing me was causing me to be ill, she refused to change it. The very last session that I had with Kate McNulty her behavior was out of control with me, being her patient. They have a manager by the name of Michelle that I told my concerns to. Michelle told me that she was going to take care of Kate's behavioral problems, though never did. Just last week, which was September 21, 2023, I brought up all of my concerns that I had with the employees at this Lifespring to the CEO. Her words were that she wasn't going to do anything about the medicine that Kate had been prescribing me that was causing me to be very sick. I asked her if she even cared about the reputations of Lifespring? Her response was yes!! Though even the CEO is refusing to do anything about any of my concerns.
