Awful agency. All the director cares about is money. I had an issue where I thought I lost my medical insurance, the director is not allowing me to see my therapist even though it was a misunderstanding, my insurance has been active the whole time still is active. If my therapist wasn't good I would not do business here. The director is still denying me from seeing my therapist even though I have insurance and it is a glitch in their system, as my insurance is active everywhere else.
