Never have I ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism in a medical facility. Front desk is rude and unhelpful all they said is "the program director will call you" and had no way for me to contact the director myself. They won't schedule me for another psychiatrist because the first one I was paired with Nathalie Bailey refused to listen or work with me and did not refill the medication I've been on for years. She was also 15 minutes late, had none of the information I gave during intake and she needs to change the battery in her smoke detector all I hear is chirp every 30 seconds. NPs shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine only real doctors. Front desk is a joke, providers are a joke. I haven't gotten refills in months and I have no way of making another appointment. This is unacceptable and they should have their medical licenses taken away.
