The entire TAK practice has proven to me they are consistent, organized and caring. For someone who tends to procrastinate visits and phone calls, having an office that initiates communication and is organized is essential. With timely appointment reminders that aren’t annoyingly excessive and text updates on prescription refills it makes it easy to stay on track. I have been a patient of Dr Razi’s for over five years and he is exactly what I want in a provider. He has always given me his undivided attention, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely sincere about helping me.

Avoid seeing Desire Kangsen wouldn’t give referral for obvious issues had to complain to the main office who referred me to another doctor and gave me the referral immediately and apologized for her behavior. Extremely unprofessional and told me multiple times to “just go to the er” which when I did all I was told was to follow up with my PCP (which was Desire) who did absolutely nothing.
