The woman in billing was incredibly rude. Did not read through my messages before responding and had to be asked the same thing 5 times before giving an answer. I do not want to comment too much on my appointment, but I will say I drove 4 hours and did an entire day assessment 11 months ago and still don’t have my evaluation paperwork I was told would be mailed to me at the end. They also use testing for adults meant for non verbal children and it may be insinuated that you are not autistic based on playing with absurd children’s toys while you are spoken to like a toddler. Incredibly humiliating and dehumanizing. Left a voicemail a long time ago trying to get in touch with a practice manager and was never called back.
