I've had great therapists/counseling here.My meds were a whole different issue. I'd been there for about 5 years, and only left late last year. I am reviewing now because I just found out that medication providers ignoring pharmacy requests/issues with RX, was only a River valley problem. I always had to call here and leave a message to pass on to my provider that there was an issue with a Rx, like prior authorization. Just had my new place and my pharmacy think I was an idiot because I thought I had to call the provider and let them know. I had a major issue with my first med provider, with a miss diagnosis and extremely sedative medicine cocktail to go with it. Also, the worst thing about this place is the people you have to talk to to get a message or issue to your provider or counselor. There is no direct way to get to your provider, you have to go through assistants or admin people, So rude, so much like I was wasting their time, like I was a 'problem' patient. I left after I got fed up with the attitudes for requesting a sooner appointment. None of this had anything to do with my new meds prescriber, Paula. She was thorough and listened, and I made my following appointments with her typically. It was a headache if I ever needed anything, but my counseling there was probably what made me stick around, it really sucks establishing a relationship with a new counselor, and hoping they're the right fit.

I am so surprised at the low reviews this wonderful facility is getting! I have been here from cardiology check ups, stress tests, blood work, to orthopedic services and every single experience has been wonderful. A lot of people get frustrated because of the kiosk check ins due to lack of technology knowledge, but I appreciate their system and the entire staff is all courteous, helpful, and understanding. Knowledge is key and their doctors are superb. I trust everyone here with my medical care and it is such a relief for someone with serious medical anxiety. Thanks to all for everything you do. You make this community such a beautiful experience ✨️ ❤️
