The AC in the waiting room needs to be fixed in the Taunton office. Patient's shouldn't have to sit in a HOT waiting room, with just a fan blowing hot air around. You should be ashamed of how you treat your patient's and their family member's who are waiting for them. Absolutely insane how hot it is out there and then to have staff come out wrapped in blankets. One staff member tried to help by leaving the door open but was informed by the front desk staff that it was not allowed. Bend the rules a little to help out the sweaty people in your waiting room.
