Mental Health Providers in Taunton, Massachusetts

After not having received a phone call from them, i reached out to asses whats going on only to be told that my assigned case worker had contacted some random person this company claimed was my mother and proceed to discuss my entire plan with them with no future plans to reach out to me (i asked). i contacted my mother and she assures me no such conversation took place with her. on top of that my mother is not on my insurance and there shouldn't be anyone but me to contact for anything; This is a massive logistic issue for a company that is literally responsible for handling the logistic of everyday life that people cannot take on themselves. When attempting to address this blantant HIPPA violation, i was only met with excuses and adamantly told this isnt something they can correct or address.
