To the Management of Faulkner Hospital: please audit and improve signage across the hospital! Patients are going around disoriented because there is NO proper signage anywhere! The front desk is not attended. The phone number is not working. The directory is on a tiny piece of paper and printed only on one side, I found accidentally. Then the Radiology paper sign says “Radiology has moved” WHERE?! Please put yourself in the shoes of the patient and ask: is this sufficient information for patients to quickly and easily get to their appointments? People don’t have 15 minutes to explore the hospital and find the office they need because the hospital doesn’t do its job. Plenty of wall space to install a Directory like a hospital that respects itself and its patients! Please! P.s. In my experience, routine medical service has been ok at Faulkner, but do not come here for emergency services if it’s for a child.
