Don't go here if you expect them to actually help or get in contact with you. Contacting the financial branch might as well be a puzzle at this rate, I've literally written over their mail and mailed it back telling them I'm trying to get in contact and they still ignore. I tell them about serious issues and get jerked around for months. My meds appointment was supposed to be today and I've been completely ghosted by whatever staff member was supposed to handle this. If you care about yourself or whoever you're trying to help by bringing them here, go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.
