Mental Health Providers in Whitman, Massachusetts

Ever since Tracy Leverone left this company has eroded to trash. The new NP was a disappointment, so we my mother found a new PNP elsewhere. I convinced my mom to maintain counseling with Melissa who is fine, not amazing. Melissa has dropped the ball several times on my mom, including today. She’s been concerned and worried all day wondering about her 9am appointment. So finally an hour ago she called to talk to the receptionist who was completely useless and denied my mother even having an appointment. So my mother in frustration said ok fine I guess it’s time to find a new counselor and the receptionist said “ok bye-bye” and hung up. That ridiculous customer service and she deserved better.
