Horrible experience here last week with associate Jenefer, she was very rude and disrespectful. I asked this women to allow me to sit in on her meeting with my child, she said, "yes I could." To only change her mind and kick my child out ! There was also Justin Bieber music playing in the lobby which to me is very inappropriate for children of my kids age. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have schdueled me a meeting with her supervisor so I will see how this is gonna go in a few days.
