I can't say enough good things about Stepping Stone Psychiatric Center. The staff and providers are incredibly compassionate and dedicated to their patients' well-being. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported. The providers take the time to listen and truly understand your needs, creating a personalized approach to care. The environment is warm and inviting, which makes a huge difference in the healing process. I highly recommend Stepping Stone for anyone seeking mental health support!

My child attended Wesley for therapy, everything started out great, he enjoyed his therapist, Megan. Then things quickly changed when she was continuously called off. Therapy wasn't beneficial if he wasn't getting the appropriate appointments. I tried to be understanding and then it just became ridiculous. I then started to complain and nothing changed, I then had to switch providers. He was then switched to Lauren, even worse! Months without contact. I called and emailed and zero response ! Extremely unprofessional. Jackie, a supervisor, then called back months later to see what was going on. She waited months ! Absolute neglect on their part. I received a letter in the mail that they are unable to get ahold of me, my number nor email hasn't changed. Would it recommend these people to no one! Unprofessional, neglectful, zero compassion.!

I started attending IOP services at Chartiers in oct of last year and it has changed my life! I have one of the best therapists I have ever had in 15 years of therapy. I would recommend Chartiers Center to anyone who truly is looking for help to better their mental and emotional state.
