You're not searching recovery centers & reading reviews if you don't probably need to go to one. Arkview is a really good option. The staff are excellent. Just about everyone on the payroll is in recovery. You will receive medical evaluation & treatment within several hours, as opposed to days. There is a real sense of community that continues beyond your discharge. You will have resources & freedoms other facilities don't offer. When you decide to take that leap, Arkview is an excellent place to land.

A wonderful therapy experience has been overwhelmed by continual failures to maintain competent psychiatric services. Prior authorizations go unanswered, forms left incomplete for weeks, and supervisors unsympathetic to the fact their delays are delays to your well-being. Expect high turnaround and little continuity of care.

My 10 year old son was referred to this agency when school let out. My son and his father met the counselor once. she never spoke to me, never contacted me until The next week when my son is court ordered to come for visitation. I drove an hour to sit and wait for them to show and thats when she finally calls to say that she doesn't think my son should be forced to come visit me. it's court ordered. So now we have a problem child whose challenging behavior is being encouraged by the counselor. Great job Val... You deserve to be fired.
