Blueprints is a unique program because they are the only facility that I am aware of that offers a partial hospitalization program with housing. After you graduate the initial phase, they also offer a transitional phase called Chapter 2 which is a 2 month Intensive Outpatient Program in a recovery house environment with the ability to leave the premises to find a job, attend meetings, go to the YMCA for free, engage in leisure, etc. as a stepping stone to set you up for when you discharge to a sober living community or apartment. I’m currently in Chapter 2, and I was going to return back to Harrisburg, but I made the decision to stay in Lancaster, because the foundation of recovery support that Blueprints helped me establish is strong and I don’t want to lose it. I definitely recommend Blueprints to anyone considering entering treatment.
