BLESSED BE

Positive. Completed IOP and 3 DBT classes. Continued with therapy and meds. It’s been over 6 years and all of this helped me to change my life. I was taught tools and how to use them in my daily life. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK ON YOURSELF—YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO CHANGE. Have a wonderful therapist. Had great teachers for IOP and DBT classes. I believe DBT should be taught in at least 1 semester in high school—-everyone benefits!
