I just want to say, that it's so easy to focus on the negative, however, I am so grateful for the excellent care I received at the emergency room. I went to emergency room on Feb. 4, 2026. Extreme pain in right side of my back. I could barely breathe. I was seen by a very caring Dr. Albert salooma. I never had a kidney stone and thought that I might have one. When tests showed no kidney stone, Dr. Saloomas said he would figure this out. He certainly did. I had pneumonia and my severe pain was from a blood clot in lower right lung. Dr.Saloomas, thank you so much for not dismissing my pain and getting to the bottom of it. The whole medical staff in that emergency room saved my life. Thank you nurse Debbie. Debbie wears perfume that's called happy hippie. Such a nice lady. The 3rd floor nurses were all excellent. All aides, house keeping, cafeteria were all kind. And Dr. Winston, what a gem. Your personality put my mind at ease. This was a very scary thing to happen. I just wanted to focus on the positive. Thank you upmc!!!

I love this office, and love Deana. However, the fact that you can call 10 times a day and leave 10 voicemails and still get no call back from Jamie is insane. I’ve had 2 pharmacy’s agree with me that they are the hardest place in this entire town to get ahold of. I’ve gone multiple times late on my medication and experiencing withdrawal due to the fact that my pharmacy and myself both needed to speak with the office and nobody will answer the phone or call back for days. Someone should contact Justin Beal to tell him, I just don’t want to be the person that calls in and complains because then she’s definitely never going to answer my calls. Sad it reflects badly on the business because one single person won’t answer the phone! Came to check the reviews to see if I’m the only one and was shocked to see at least 5 other reviews saying the same thing. GET A NEW FRONT OFFICE PERSON. People already struggle to build the courage to get the help they need and having a person whose representing the front of the business who doesn’t even care enough to answer the phone is going to be a major set back for anyone struggling.
