With all the technology out there they still treat the Veterans like children. When you have a referral to outside the clinic. It’s you responsibility to get a letter saying that you showed up like a child or even a addict. How doesn’t it show that we showed or not in the system? How is it fair for an adult to be treat as child to get a letter to prove that they were even there to get travel pay. It’s ridiculous that veterans (adults) have to be striped of their dignity to get a letter saying the showed up to an appointment.
