Such a fantastic outpatient location of the best recovery network in the state. Pam and Carmella are absolutely wonderful! Sometimes outpatient programs seem boring or pointless but Carmela and Pam work hard to keep interesting and meaningful topics for discussion! Nurse Practitioner Yfat (Eve) is the most intelligent and compassionate outpatient provider I have EVER had ! My time spent in virtual IOP at the Carmel location of ICFR really complimented my post inpatient treatment. If you are considering bettering your life, a choice of attending ICFR Carmel either virtually or in person will be a choice you do not regret!

I love coming here, it’s the best primary care experience I’ve ever had. Christine never rushes me through my appointments, she actually listens to what I have to say and answers any questions I have. I always leave feeling heard and helped. Any time I miss an appointment they get me in the next day or sometimes later that same day, and they’re really understanding when that happens, I’ve never had an issue with scheduling. I suggest this place to anyone for simple, effective, primary care.
