Not sure what the issue is because the workers seem happy with each other, but they treat their patients extremely poorly. I am happy with my practitioner (not the extremely long wait it takes to see her, but she is kind and helpful at least), but the receptionists are terribly rude. Being ill and having to pay an arm and a leg for healthcare is bad enough. Doctor's offices should be kind, patient, and responsive (quickly and efficiently) to their patients. Lahey, please do something to correct this and don't take your patients for granted, not just for money's sake, but because you are a healthcare business that is supposed to be dedicated to taking good care of people. Thank you.
