In late 2024 when I was first seen here, the receptionist yelled at me over the phone when describing my symptoms and the PA kinda brushed me off regarding back issues that were preventing me from finding work. They later told me I should’ve been seen by a specialist sooner. I recently returned for a PC appt. The receptionist was inattentive and after 20 minutes the employees by the window kinda hinted that they’d forgot about me and started whining about how busy they were. I was the only one in the waiting room. I would only come to this location as a last resort
