If you want to seriously help your child work through trauma don't come here. We requested to have in home therapy and they sent someone very young and inexperienced. The supervisor lied and told us this individual was experienced and later admitted she was in fact not when we had communicated no change and his school saying the same. His therapist we sent was a genuinely sweet and lovely individual but she had zero experience she was more of a companion to our Child. She was graduating and eventually left the company and we have decided not to continue therapy through this company as I asked the supervisor yet again to be upfront and honest and tell us of they were sending someone with experience to our house she admitted no they don't have anyone experienced in this office. So basically they use and a use your insurance and your kids will walk away unhelped. My child has a wonderful therapist now, very experienced as well and I'm struggling just to get this company to hand over discharge papers which should have been brought to our house from his previous therapist and the supervisor Sarah never returned my calls, handed me to Sam her supervisor who also told me he would mail it to me and here we are two weeks later no surprise no papers. First told they don't have discharge papers at all, to he will mail them and I should have gotten them two weeks ago to me driving to their office only to see that the reason no one is answering the phone is because she's chillin in the back with Sarah the supervisor. I got on the phone with Sam and told him to have those papers at the front desk by Monday next week and he said he would. Funny I get all my other mail but his somehow must of got lost. So, this place isn't honest, they want your insurance and they want help 19 year old build their resumes. If you want to seriously get your child effective help to work through trauma stay away from this place.
